Christopher Titcomb has extensive experience handling a broad range of real estate issues. He represents and counsels purchasers, sellers, owners, developers and investors in all aspects of acquisition, disposition, financing, construction, restructuring, development, joint venture, leasing, operation and sale of commercial multi-family and residential property. He regularly negotiates real estate purchase and sale transactions from contract formation to closing, and handles all aspects of title review, title clearance, document preparation, settlement statement review, association governing document review, city/municipal closing condition clearance, and inspection report analysis. He also prepares assessed valuation complaints with the Cook County Assessor and Board of Review for owners of residential and commercial property based on sales comparison and income approach valuation techniques. Additionally, as a licensed Illinois managing real estate broker, he can offer his clients a different perspective in the acquisition or disposition of real estate.

Mr. Titcomb has been a licensed Illinois attorney since 2008. He has a Masters of Law (LL.M) degree in commercial real estate from The John Marshall Law School, graduating with high honors, and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Western Michigan University.

Outside of work, he is active in the community, serving as treasurer on the board of directors of his condominium association and providing pro bono legal services through the Chicago Bar Association and Chicago Volunteer Legal Services.
